Growing in spiritual and fraternal life needs intensive preparation and transformation. This occurs through a gradual yet dynamic and life-long process of formation which enables one to be moulded and shaped by the Divine Potter. It also involves knowing oneself and one's purpose in life and integrating both in the life and mission of the CFMSS. Each stage of formation has a particular objective and a particular formator assigned with the delicate task of accompanying the formees.
